A. Yes, you can shop through a variety of styles from our You Da Boss Collection and our Superior Slay Collection.

 

 

Q. Do you sell faux mink eyelashes?

A. No, our eyelash collections are 100% mink.

 

 

Q. I ordered lashes and some are not the same, why is that ? 

A. Our lashes are handmade by the manufacturer. They will not look 100% identical.

 

 

Q. When do you restock lashes?

A. Bi-Monthly.

A. We have a locations in Texas and New York.

 

 

Q. Do you complete in-person sales?

A. No, all transactions are completed online and your confirmed order will be delivered to the valid address provided.

 

 

Q: Do you complete merchandise order pick ups or drop offs?

A: All orders are shipped. There is no option for pick ups or drop offs. 

 

Q: I received the wrong items from my order, what do I do

A: In the event that you received an incorrect item in your order, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We are more than happy to assist with any issues.

Q: Can I return a beauty product that I ordered and received? 

A: Due to the nature of our products, all orders are final sale. There are NO refunds, NO returns, and NO exchanges. Please review our Exchange & Return Policy for more details.

Order Cancellations

 

 

If your order has already been shipped or processed, your order can not be cancelled or refunded.  If your order has not been processed, send an email within 24 hours of placing your order. Upon cancellation, there is a 15% restocking fee recovered from your refund. No exceptions will be made. Please review our Exchange & Return Policy for more details.
