Due to the nature of our products, all orders are final sale. There are NO refunds, NO returns, and NO exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, feel free to email us.  

 

If your order has already been shipped or processed, your order can not be cancelled or refunded. 

 

If your order has not been processed, send an email within 24 hours of placing your order. Upon cancellation, there is a 15% restocking fee recovered from your refund. No exceptions will be made. 

 

Slayed Secrets reserves the right to deny any refund, exchange or cancelation.

 

All orders will undergo validation from our Fraud Department to detect and stop any fraudulent orders from being placed from our website. This is an attempt to protect our customers and their personal information.
